Abstract:
A study of electron showers in three geometry files, each filled with air and vacuum separately. A shower width is defined. This shower width is consistent found to be a factor of 4.5 larger for geometries with air when compared to those with vacuum. From this, I conclude that there is a problem with tracking electrons through air.
