Document numbers 3207, 3208, 3209 are all presentations from calendar year 2005. A technical difficulty prevented them from all being uploaded into one document.
The upload of presentations and reports from the web site to documents 3207 to 3216 was a one-time event. It is expected that future presentations and reports will go into this document database and not onto the web site.
The justification for not making the files in documents in 3207 to 3216 public is pretty flimsy. Anyone who feels that they should be public should feel free to make the change.
